POSITION:

Benedictine University College of Education and Health Services, Nursing Faculty, Full time tenure track or adjuncts for Springfield, IL campus beginning June 2009.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teaching in innovative, accelerated RN/BSN completion program at Springfield, IL offsite cohort location in one or more of the following areas: Health Aspects of Aging, Health Assessment, Research, Holistic Nursing, Family Health, Community Health, US Health Care System and Nursing Management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in nursing; current, valid Illinois registered nurse (RN) license; and knowledge in instructional area(s) required. Doctorate in nursing or related field is required for a tenure track appointment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Expertise in teaching adult students at the baccalaureate level
