RESPONSIBILITIES: |
A full-time faculty position in the Department of Nursing will start August 2008. Nursing faculty responsibilities include classroom and clinical instruction in acute care courses, student advisement, evidence of ongoing professional development, and service to the college and community |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
Minimum requirements: M.S.N.; eligibility for licensure in Illinois as a registered nurse; three or more years of acute care nursing practice with a medical-surgical background; and the ability to work as a member of an energetic academic team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
Preferred qualifications include a doctoral degree; teaching experience or preparation for the nurse educator role. |
